Flow and happiness

What I would like to see is over the course of a  year where, in this mental stage model, I spend most of my mental state. For a person who enjoys challenges and would never say I am bored. I would expect to reside in the upper quartile of this graphic. As described by Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi who interviewed  composers and many others about flow. I know of flow from drawing, painting and playing a musical instrument. I lose track of time. I forget to eat. I have little awareness as all my brain can  only concentrate on the task at hand. Fortunately I find flow at work too, as it is both challenging and requires a certain level of skill. However I wonder where the optimum of happiness lays within this model. Is there a pattern of movement from one state to another that achieves the optimum happiness or does everyone have a unique path. Does a ubiquitous model exist here?
